Along with our affiliate, Mascia Management, we have developed the Mascia Asset Control (MAC) package of online tools that enhances our ability to serve our investors, tenants, and other stakeholders. We’ve implemented this technology as a way to increase tenant satisfaction, maximize occupancy and income, and –most importantly– control expenses. With our MAC system we can automate many of the services that normally require hours of oversight. Our commitment to customer service and efficient use of technology creates superior value. We have three proprietary components to our online asset management system:

Mascia Asset Control (MAC)

Professional development, reporting and asset management generally requires several technology systems. Often, these systems are not integrated with one another creating difficulty for asset managers, owners and residents. Mascia’s MAC system is a web-based program suite that has all the asset management functions needed, under one umbrella. MAC allows us to use one system that intelligently integrates investor reporting, communication, accounting, resident and property data, and property management functions.

Owner’s Insight ®

Owner’s Insight® is our owner information and analytics package provided under our MAC system. Owner’s Insight® is a groundbreaking web-based system that maintains a permanent record of all development and construction activities, provides easy access to all property related documents and allows our team and our investors to get real-time asset performance information. We compile all the information on each of our properties in one easy-to-use location that can be accessed from any computer with internet access. The main goal of Owner’s Insight® is to maintain the highest level of transparency with our investors about our and our affiliate Mascia Management’s asset management performance. We have made it easy for investors to communicate with us and to understand what is transpiring with our properties in real time.

Resident Concierge System

Resident Concierge is the resident service package available under our MAC system. Our Resident Concierge system provides online leasing capabilities to residents, online rental payments and online service requests to current residents. The system’s integrated tenant screening helps protect the property and our income. Resident Concierge also offers true 24x7 tenant support through an online platform. Resident Concierge not only helps reduce operating and administration costs, it makes it easier for our residents to communicate and interact with us, which improves occupancy, increase customer satisfaction, and improve cash flow.
