Mascia Development, is currently seeking opportunities to acquire and reposition or redevelop real estate assets in the New York City area.

AREA OF FOCUS

We commonly seek projects in neighborhoods that offer the potential to build long term value. Our primary area of focus is the East Village, Greenwich Village, and the West Village neighborhoods of Manhattan, defined by 14th Street to the north, Houston Street to the south, from the Hudson River to the East River. We will also consider potential acquisitions in neighborhoods adjacent to this area, such as Chelsea, Gramercy, Union Square, Soho, Nolita, and the Lower East Side. Properties located elsewhere in Manhattan will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

ASSET TYPE

Mascia Development targets existing, mid-size assets: low-rise multi-family or mixed-use buildings with fewer than 60 units. Potential transactions for the Company may include single asset or portfolio acquisitions. In addition to fee simple real estate, we are willing to purchase mortgages under certain circumstances.
