Q: Is there a minimum investment amount to become an investor with Mascia Development?
A: We continue to work with investors of all sizes to give them access to real estate investments for their portfolio. However to be invested in any of our real estate funds there are the usual “accredited investor” requirements associated with the SEC-Regulation D. For more information please contact us.

Q: Do you work with investment funds, companies, investment groups, or only Individuals?
A: We continue to work with investors of all types.

Q: What are the liabilities to me as an investor?
A: We are not attorney’s so you need to consult with your council to fully understand this question. Also every deal is different but we do focus on structuring all of our legal documents so that our investors are only liable for the amount of their committed capital.

Q: I have a specific investment type and location that I am looking for but it doesn’t seem to align with what Mascia Development is looking for right now will you work with us?
A: Contact us and let us know what you are looking for. If we don’t already have in-house expertise we can be hired as fee consultants to find any real estate transaction in any market worldwide.

Q: Does Mascia Development work with foreign investors?
A: Yes we continue to work with numerous foreign investors for more information contact us.

Q: If I invest will I only have access to NYC properties?
A: No Mascia Development has access to real estate properties in other major markets in the US including but not limited to: NYC Tri-State, Washington DC Metro area, Boston Metro area, North Carolina, Colorado, and the Los Angles Metro Area. We also have the ability to work as consultants to help research and locate investments in any market in the world for more information contact us.

Q: If I invest will I only have access to multifamily investments?
A: No as with our investment market focus we have access to every major type of real estate transaction either through in-house expertise or through our extensive list of partners.
