ADAM L. LOFTIN – DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Mr. Loftin is responsible for the planning and day to day management of all Mascia Development’s projects, including acquisitions, financing, construction/renovation, and other project related activities. Adam has extensive experience and training in construction, development underwriting and acquisitions, market research and analysis, and other skills that assist him in his role within the company.

Prior to joining Mascia Development, Adam worked with Mark as a Development Associate with SHVO Development, LLC, where he assisted in underwriting, acquisitions, financing, and project development. His responsibilities included the initiation, organization and maintenance of domestic and foreign business initiatives. He has performed underwriting and valuations for hotels, multifamily and retail properties. His experience encompasses acquisition due diligence, debt underwriting, acquisition underwriting, market analysis, and portfolio valuation.

Adam subsequently served as the Director of Research and Strategic Planning for SHVO Marketing, a multi-national real estate development services and marketing firm with luxury hotel, resort, and condominium projects throughout the United States and around the world. In this role, he oversaw the company’s efforts in collection, analysis and presentation of market data and trends in specific markets as well as the worldwide luxury residential market for the benefit of the company and its clients. Adam traveled extensively throughout the United States and the Caribbean to perform on-site research for feasibility analyses of several large mixed-use luxury residential and hospitality developments. During his time at SHVO, Adam acquired in-depth knowledge of national and international markets, along with the ability to identify the key trends and fundamentals that influence real estate markets.

Adam also has extensive experience in construction, through his time as a Project Manager with Le Profil, Ltd in southern Louisiana. During his time with Le Profil, Adam managed teams involved in the construction of high-end residential projects as well as the corporate headquarters of a large oilfield services firm. Mr. Loftin holds a Master in Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University. Adam graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans with a concentration in International Business. Adam is a LEED-Accredited Professional as designated by the USGBC.
